Born and raised in the beautiful island of Sri Lanka, once known as Ceylon, my journey has taken me across North America, the United Kingdom, India, and beyond.

Through years of working with students, young professionals, and individuals at different stages of life, I discovered one powerful truth.

Many people are guided by social expectations rather than self-awareness. Too often, external pressures shape our choices before we have the chance to truly understand ourselves.

That is why Mind. Heart. Soul. was created.

It was born from a desire to help people reconnect with who they are at their core, to move beyond external expectations and align their careers and lives with their authentic selves.

Through deeper self-understanding, we begin to recognise our strengths, values, behaviours, and aspirations.

This is a space for meaningful conversations about life, work, identity, and purpose.

A place where you can feel safe to be who you are, rather than who the world expects you to be.

I, too, once struggled to fully understand my own capabilities and how far I could truly push myself.

It took deep reflection, self-awareness, and inner work to find clarity. That personal journey became the foundation of my purpose: helping others recognise their true potential through greater self-understanding.

Because building a meaningful career is only part of the journey. True fulfilment comes when your life and career align—when both reflect who you are and what matters most to you.
